The B&B is located in a lovely neighborhood. the room was fairly quiet and bright. - the property is well-maintained and absolutely spotless. - the bathroom had a bath and a heated towel rack.

Our room was great-sized with private bathroom, just what was needed.

David & Tatiana are the perfect hosts. They are welcoming, happy to chat & to also give you privacy. The accommodation was superb, It was very modern, very clean & worth every penny. The bed was very comfortable, the best in New Zealand. We loved staying here & would recommend this B & B to couples or singles. It was relaxing & the breakfast was fantastic. Host were only to happy to oblige. It is also only 15 minutes to Mt Maunganui, which is a wonderful beach.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering all the modern amenities you’d expect 🌟. It had a nice setup with a TV and air conditioning to keep things comfy. Plus, the bathroom had both a bathtub and a separate shower for convenience.

Seascape Villa was wonderful. It is a luxury Boutique Bed and Breakfast accomodation in Otumoetai. So central and such wonderful hosts. Thankyou David and Tatiana Warren.

A very minor thing really. We did not have facilities to make our own cuppa but our hosts were perfectly accomodating.

The hotel was perfectly clean. the staff was very friendly and excellent. I had delicious and enjoyable breakfasts with fresh fruit and nice coffee. I loved my amazing stay here and 100% recommend this venue.

I loved the comfort of the bed, very luxurious. Bathroom prestine clean. The hosts were lovely, only too happy to help with everything. The breakfast was wonderful as was the service.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and surrounded by the soothing sounds of birds, while also being close to the Elms which was a great experience.

Fancy hotel in a handy location in a residential area, the services were amazing! Location: the property was right by nature and the sound of birds chirping, the center of town, and outskirts of Tauranga. Also, there was The Elms, set within 10 minutes drive.

The location here was super peaceful, right by the Pacific Coast. Plus, it's really close to the main center, making it convenient for the test match. You can enjoy nature vibes and listen to the birds chirping 🌿🐦.

This was the last stop of our road trip around the south island and lower part of the north island and it was probably one of the best, if not the best accommodation we have had the whole trip. David and Tatiana were very friendly and made us feel at home. Their place is very nice and spacious with a beautiful set up. Our room was gorgeous with just enough decor. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and there was more than enough food to tie us over till lunch time.
